Our office has preformed various types of criminal work. We conduct pre-conviction legal work and post-conviction services, meaning before a criminal case is decided and after a conviction is entered.
Criminal charges and conviction may have a dramatic impact on a person’s immigration case and/or their freedom. It is important to know the legal ramifications of each criminal issue a person may have.
Post-conviction work may allow for a criminal charge to be reduced, changed, or dismissed. A criminal charge may be reduced from a felony to misdemeanor, completely change the charge to a less severe criminal conviction, or it may be completely dismissed all together.
Charges that may affect someone’s immigration case and/or freedom are:
- Driving Under the Influence (DUI)
- Domestic Violence (DUI)
- Drug Possession
- Drug Sale
- Drug Use
- Drug Trafficking
- Sexual Battery
- Elder Abuse
If any of these might be an issue, please contact us as soon as possible.
